Hey everyone, I went to Japan last month with just 500,000 won. Listen up, this place is a real hidden gem. The economy is tough, but I really wanted to travel. So, I took a 2-day, 1-night trip to Kumamoto. People usually go to Osaka, Tokyo, or Fukuoka. But the true gems are in Japan's small towns. It's almost like Korea's Han River, but much cheaper. Oh, but the airports are really crowded these days. Go three hours earlier. We arrived in Kumamoto within an hour, feeling excited. Kumamon seems to be the city's character. I was really surprised when I first came here. It felt like a real countryside. But as time passed, it looked more urban. I saw a cute dog while passing by. It was so healing. Even the grandpa found it cute. We had enough money to spend generously. Walking around with great value for money. The prices seemed budget-friendly at first. But as we kept eating and ordering everything, including beer, the cost quickly added up. But I couldn't stop there. I found a local okonomiyaki spot. It was really affordable. Just around 5,000 won! I ordered yakisoba and okonomiyaki. The yakisoba was amazing. You must visit this place. It's a hidden gem where only locals go.
