The layout of every website, no matter what was used to build it, is made of rectangles. It doesn't always look like it, but structurally, it's true. Which is why every layout we create in Framer boils down to one fundamental element: rectangles called frames. In this lesson, we'll start training our brains to think in frames and understand what they can do for us in Framer. Frames in Framer are a lot like frames in Figma, but if all of this is new to you, a frame is essentially a rectangle, but a rectangle that can have other layers within it.
