In this video, I will reveal Nathan Burton's vanishing woman illusion. Here's a quick recap of what happened. The magician has his assistant climb into a box, inside which she hides. After closing the lid, he disassembles the box part by part, and as soon as the last half lands, the woman suddenly appears from inside that very box. So what's the secret behind this illusion? There's no possible way for the assistant to hide inside those segments. While the breaking up of the box into different segments was only misdirection, the assistant cleverly hides within the thickness of the ladder and where the box contacts it. But how does she get inside this space?
