SafeChat provides a secure environment that guarantees the privacy and confidentiality for flight crew members about a specific flight after the crew is no longer together. This feature is particularly beneficial for delayed debriefings, sharing relevant information, asking questions, or highlighting specific flight details. To start a chat about a flight, select the relevant flight on Flight Search and tap Crew Chat icon bar, which will take you to the page. On the left side, all flights have had a chat and are listed. Since each chat is associated with a flight, it is erased when the flight is deleted. The Read section allows send and read messages for the selected night just like a typical chat application.
