저도 이제 치과 진료를 받으면서 느끼는 건데 규모가 큰 치과병원들 중에서 광고는 멋있게 하고 막 했었는데 막상 뭘 하려고 하면 예약도 잘 안 잡히고, 뭘 하려고 하면 전부 다 이렇게 그건 아니다, 저건 아니다, 이렇게 해서 설명도 제대로 안 해주시고 무조건 아니라고 하는 경우를 본 적이 있거든요. 그래서 설명을 좀 듣고 이거를 판단을 하고 싶은데 그런 게 안 되는 경우가 있어서 규모가 크면 시스템으로 돌아가니까 잘못하면 내가 오래 기다리고 참아야 되는 경우가 좀 있고요. 규모가 작으면 뭔가 이게 좀 긴밀하게 돌아가잖아요. 그래서 의외로 엉성할 수도 있어요. 근데 의외로 의료진이나 그런 분들이 경험이 많고 환자분 케이스를 잘 이해하고 있으면 오히려 케이스 바이 케이스 그저 맞춤형 진료나 과정을 겪으실 수 있죠. 그럼 그게 더 이익일 수도 있고. 그래서 저는 오히려 의료진을 집중해서 보시면 좋겠다, 이렇게 말씀드리고 싶습니다.

If it's smaller, everything tends to be more tightly coordinated. So, surprisingly, it could even be a bit haphazard. However, if the medical staff is highly experienced and genuinely understands each patient's case, you might actually experience case-by-case, customized care and a better overall process. That could be a greater benefit for you. That's why I'd suggest you focus on the medical staff themselves. That's the advice I'd like to give.
