할렐루야! 10월 30일 목요일 말씀 묵상시간입니다. 함께 보실 말씀은 누가복음 20장에서 21장이고 함께 묵상할 말씀은 21장 1절에서 4절 말씀입니다. 예수께서 눈을 들어 부자들이 헌금궤에 헌금 넣는 것을 보시고 또 어떤 가난한 과부가 거기에 렙돈 두 닢을 넣는 것을 보셨다. 그래서 예수께서는 말씀하셨다. 내가 진정으로 너에게 말한다. 이 가난한 과부가 누구보다도 더 많이 넣었다. 저 사람들은 다 넉넉한 가운데서 자기들의 헌금을 넣었지만, 이 과부는 구차한 가운데서 가지고 있는 생활비 전부를 털어 넣었다. 아멘.
Hallelujah! It's Thursday, October 30th, our Bible meditation time. The passage we'll be looking at together is from the Gospel of Luke, chapters 20 and 21, and the text for our meditation is chapter 21, verses 1 through 4. Jesus looked up and watched the rich people putting their offerings into the offering box. He also saw a poor widow put in two small copper coins, which were all she had. Then Jesus said, 'I tell you the truth,' This poor widow has put in more than all the others combined. All those people contributed their offerings from their abundance, but this poor widow, despite her severe poverty, gave away all that she had for her living. Amen.
