But because they are God's guiding hand within the structure of our spiritual growth, when we trust and practice them, the Holy Spirit sees that obedience and pours out His blessing. These incredible tools for spiritual growth are what we call the wonderful means of grace. The devil is afraid, so what is his strategy? He plans to prevent people from being born again of water and the Spirit, hindering them during conversion and turning away from the faith. He then continues to interfere by observing each person's unique characteristics and traits.
