ESTsoft, a leader in AI services, announced on the 9th that it will provide KG Mobility (KGM) with an "AI Show Host" to handle core business functions, including marketing, automotive sales, and employee training.

This collaboration follows an agreement signed in April between the two companies to develop AI Show Hosts and utilize ESTsoft’s AI Human service, Perso (https://perso.ai). The AI Human adoption is part of KGM’s strategy to strengthen its future growth engines and improve its corporate structure.

The development of the AI Show Host focuses on replicating the vibrant energy of a human host, from engaging voice modulation to dynamic, lifelike expressions. Given the importance of real-time interaction in live commerce, ESTsoft has prioritized quick response capabilities and natural, human-like behaviors to create a seamless customer experience.

Perso, ESTsoft's AI Human SaaS platform, offers powerful features like simple video creation, real-time conversation, and translation services integrated with Large Language Models (LLM). These features are designed to boost productivity and drive innovation. Later this year, the Perso platform will also include a video translation service, further enhancing its capabilities.

KGM’s AI Show Host offers a competitive edge by facilitating customer interactions across multiple devices and overcoming limitations in scheduling, operational costs, and risk management. It will be extensively utilized in automotive sales, new car marketing, event promotions, both internal and external training, and as a brand ambassador.
