ESTsoft and Microsoft Korea discuss global expansion of AI human business and begin collaboration to build services on Azure
ESTsoft (CEO Sangwon Chung), an AI services company, announced on June 7 at Microsoft's headquarters that the two companies have been discussing the global expansion of ESTsoft's AI human services as part of a long-term collaboration plan.
ESTsoft and Microsoft Korea signed this agreement to build a stable service environment for AI humans on Azure, and will begin collaborating on the globalization of ESTsoft's services.
The discussion was led by key figures from ESTsoft, including CEO Sangwon Chung, Director of the AI Business Unit Gye-Poong Byun, and Director of the Tech Center Hyeongjin Byeon, along with senior leaders from Microsoft, such as Greg Goldkamp, Director of the Global ISV Division; Mark Slater, General Manager of ISVs and Startups; Matt Sinclair, Global Director of AI and Machine Learning; and Jongho Lee, Head of Partnership Strategy.
The two companies recognized the synergies between ‘Teams’, Microsoft's collaboration platform with 280 million monthly active users (MAUs), and ESTsoft's AI human service, and agreed to begin collaborating to bring AI humans to Teams' expanding platform of services.
Beginning as early as this month, ESTsoft will begin detailed discussions with Microsoft about the introduction of AI humans in Teams, as well as technical testing of the service integration. ESTsoft is committed to making this collaboration a success, as it represents an important opportunity to accelerate the global distribution of its AI human services.
The two companies also discussed the ethical use of AI technology and agreed that AI should be used as a technology to benefit humanity, and will continue to discuss this issue.
“We were able to successfully conclude our discussions with Microsoft because of our advanced AI human technology and our vision to provide services that benefit humanity,” said Sangwon Chung, CEO of ESTsoft. “We will do our best to test the technology for collaboration between the two companies, so that the world can experience ESTsoft's AI human as soon as possible.”
