This exercise is great for strengthening your calf muscles, the bottom half of your legs. To perform this movement, hold a dumbbell in each hand by your sides. You can pause at the middle or top of the movement to make it more difficult. Make sure to keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the exercise.
