At the beginning of this trick, the illusionist is chained to a platform and locked in a compartment by his assistants against his will. Then, an electric death saw is powered above him. Moments later, the illusionist releases his hands from the shackles and unboxes himself. But in his attempts to free himself from the shackles holding his waist to the platform, the death saw drops on his waist and splits him in half.
