Hashem sends a challenge to a person. And a person thinks they can't beat the challenge. That's not true. Everything that Hashem brings to an individual, he can surely overcome it. So, Every single individual is capable of overcoming any and all challenges that Hashem may send. Because if Hashem knew you were incapable of overcoming it, then He would not have presented you with that challenge.
