Building a Stable AI Ecosystem on Azure

To ensure a seamless and scalable service environment, ESTsoft and Microsoft Korea have signed an agreement to deploy AI human services directly on Azure. This marks the initial step in a strategic push to globalize ESTsoft's innovative technology.

The strategy was spearheaded by key figures from both sides, including ESTsoft CEO Sangwon Chung and Microsoft senior leaders such as Greg Goldkamp (Director of Global ISV) and Matt Sinclair (Global Director of AI and ML).

Bringing AI Humans to Microsoft Teams

A major highlight of this collaboration is the potential integration with Microsoft Teams. Recognizing the massive synergy between the two platforms, the companies agreed to explore bringing AI humans to Teams, which currently boasts a massive user base of 280 million monthly active users (MAUs).

Starting this month, ESTsoft is engaging in detailed technical testing and discussions with Microsoft to ensure smooth service integration. This represents a significant milestone in accelerating the worldwide distribution of AI human services.

A Shared Commitment to Ethical AI

Beyond technological advancements, ESTsoft and Microsoft emphasized the importance of ethical AI use. Both organizations share a unified vision: AI must be developed as a technology that inherently benefits humanity.

“We were able to successfully conclude our discussions with Microsoft because of our advanced AI human technology and our vision to provide services that benefit humanity,” said Sangwon Chung, CEO of ESTsoft.

“We will do our best to test the technology for collaboration between the two companies, so that the world can experience ESTsoft's AI human as soon as possible.”
